* Transaction is defined as the execution of one end to end process (workflow). For example, if there is a workflow setup to download some file, convert the file to PDF and send out by mail, one execution if this workflow will be considered one transaction.
* The number of transactions per month is an average, i.e. a company will not be automatically moved from a BASIC plan to a STANDARD plan if it occasionally exceeds the 99 transactions per month. For such cases the Additional Transactions Fee will be applied, and the Support Desk may contact the company.
* Help for setup is generally free of charge but setup fees may be necessary if the company requires special setup or development which cannot be covered within the existing functionality.
